Theatre

Seinäjoki is a year-round theatre city.
In summer, children and adults can enjoy the theatre in the scenic landscape of the Törnävänsaari Island. In winter, the theatre house designed by Alvar Aalto attracts people from all over the country to the city. Seinäjoki also hosts the annual Amateur Theatre Summer Event.

You can learn and practice articulacy and amateur acting e.g. in the theatre groups for people of different ages of Seinäjoki Adult Education Centre and the Kurpitsa Cultural Association.
