Demolition permit / demolition notification
The permit shall always be applied for in writing. The application shall normally include the following documents:
a) Application for a demolition permit (in duplicate)
b) Clarification of the right of possession of the building site
- certificate of registration of title to property or copy of the contract of sale or of the rental agreement
c) Map appendix
- The site/estate and the buildings to be demolished are marked
d) Clarification of the demolition work
- quantity of waste
- quality of waste
- waste treatment method
e) Hearing of the neighbours
- The owners/occupiers of the adjacent, opposite and corner real estates are considered neighbours
f) Supervisor in charge
- For single-family houses and more demanding projects, the supervisor in charge shall have at least an engineering school diploma or a person with solid experience in the demolition of buildings.
Separate waste bookkeeping, in which the real quantity of waste is entered (standard form used by the environmental authorities), shall be applied to the building to be demolished.
Notification of Demolition
The notification shall always be made in writing. The notification of demolition shall normally include the same documents as the application for a demolition permit.
