• We are in charge of land acquisition for urban development
• We maintain and manage the land property of the City
• We convey plots accordant with the city plan, lease out agricultural and other kinds of land, and give authorization to the temporary use land areas
• We create and maintain a digital atlas and grant licences to use it
• We produce and maintain different geographical information materials for the use by the City and by our customers
• We attend to the statutory tasks of the Property Engineer, such as the parcelling out of plots and public areas, as well as maintain a land register in the zoned area of the City
• We maintain a network of control points and implement GPS and precision measurements
• We carry out the statutory marking of plots and building sites, as well as the location inspections of buildings
